Massage has been an integral part of complementary and alternative medicine since ancient times and is know to provide relaxation and relief from muscle strain and fatigue. It also stimulates weak, inactive muscles, thus partially compensating for the lack of exercise and inactivity resulting from illness or injury.
We are an independant Organisation formed in 2000, that allows adults who have or have had mental health problems to have a voice in how their services impact their lives. Our objectives are to promote communication and education in mental health; to combat the social stigma of those experiencing mental health problems and improve the access to services and treatment that are meaningful and effective.
